Matthew 7:21-23
Not every one that said to me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that does the will of my Father which is in heaven. 22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in your name? and in your name have cast out devils? and in your name done many wonderful works? 23 And then will I profess to them, I never knew you: depart from me, you that work iniquity. 

Definition:
The using of a demon or demons to answer prayers, supplications, and 'acts of faith' which result in a person or people being harmed instead of being helped.

Who is Doing It
The person(s) involved is usually a Christian and is a leader, Pastor, Spiritual Counselor, or someone with a 'perceived' sense of religious knowledge and/or calling.

Many of these people are trained in Psychology and/or NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) or other forms of psychology-based mental/emotional healing techniques or counseling techniques. Many of these people have degrees, diplomas, or certificates validating their 'knowledge'.

How You Can Tell
These persons will tell people: "When I pray, things happen."; "I help change people's lives."; "God uses me to wake people up."

They will get others involved:
"Let us pray together so that God gets Mr So-So's attention."

They always "know best".
They "don't listen to advice".
IF they do communicate, it will tend to be very one-sided.

You Will Know Them By Their Fruits...
When these 'false prophets' work you will see people's lives suddenly get much worse.

The people who are 'prayed for', instead of getting better or feeling relief, will experience things like the following:

  • out of nowhere they will lose their jobs or work contract
  • their marriage suddenly falls apart
  • they suddenly get afflicted by a disease or physical trauma that has no obvious connection to them
  • their car or equipment or house machines will suddenly break resulting in financial strife
  • other 'catastrophes' which seem unbelievable and random

When these bad events strike, the 'false prophet' will tell people that "God is working in these people's lives" and that it is because of their "lack of faith and because of their sins that they are being punished by God".

What Is REALLY Happening
Prayer gets results! But from WHOM are the results coming from?

Satan and his demons love to work on people like this. They slowly turn good, faithful Christians into agents of their bidding. How? By giving these people RESULTS!

These pastors or counselors will PRAY for a person -- and things happen rather quickly (for the worse). But it is not God who is answering the prayer, it is a demon who is doing the work.

The 'false prophet' does not have the awareness to recognize the source for all they see is that "THEY prayed" and "THINGS happened". This is a demon version of an 'Ego Gym'. The more they pray and the more they get results, the BIGGER THE EGO grows and the more BLIND the pastor becomes.

A Thought Is All It Takes
The key concept here is: NO RESPONSIBILITY.

These people view prayer like a piece of mail thrown into a mailbox. Once they throw that piece of mail into the mailbox they NO LONGER HAVE TO BE RESPONSIBLE for what happens. You see, 'God takes care of it'.

These people also don't take any responsibility for what they THINK since they are clearly "living in God's favor".

Example:
One of our people (call him David) met with two lady pastors to do a project for them. The first two meetings were terrific and the communication was very good. Suddenly, without any reason, the following happened:

  • The communication from the two lady pastors suddenly ceased. They no longer answered any communication from David.
  • The project, which the pastors had given written approval to start, was suddenly stopped and payment denied.
  • David suddenly developed total penile erectile dysfunction (impotence) --with no prior history of such and no medical reason for having it. This condition lasted for over a year (he has never fully recovered) and also caused a huge rift in his marriage.
  • Several other jobs which David had in the pipeline suddenly also dried up -- leaving him with no income.

What REALLY happened?
David came to us rather distraught. We asked God and prayed for wisdom. One of our people who has a gift for discerning spirits, got the following information. This has since been verified by other spirit-filled individuals with the word of knowledge:

The two lady pastors were single women. From the first time that David met with them one of the lady pastors took a liking to him (even though she knew David was married).

This one lady pastor kept on having fantasies and inappropriate thoughts about David.

INSTEAD OF TAKING RESPONSILIBITY for HER OWN THOUGHTS she instead asked God to 'remove David from my life'.

Then to justify this thought, she told the other lady pastor that they should not work with David because she 'felt that there was something Spiritually not right about him'.

This act of 'no responsibility' gave her demons the permission to grant her wish and also then harm David's life.

Her 'prayer' was answered...again.
There is another name for this type of 'prayer', it is called a CURSE.

Instead of that lady pastor going to God and asking for forgiveness for her own shameful thoughts, she used Christian Witchcraft to simply justify the situation -- which cursed David and David's family in the process.

A little info about David: His ministry is in salvaging people from the Spirit of Religion. This is particularly why the demons took that lady pastors wishes to heart.

Knowing the Difference
When God truly works in people's lives, they get stronger and every area of their lives flourishes.

The 'Word of Knowledge' is a gift of the Holy Spirit that is given 'in the moment' and is appropriate for that person right then. Be wary of people who 'counsel' people using psychology and psychological techniques and make it 'appear' like it is 'from God'.

In the United States, seminars on NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) for pastors and Christian counselors is one of the largest growing industry segments for this form of training. They teach psychological techniques which allow pastors to help force people to change their minds. This also gives the demons a very wide berth to cause havoc in people's lives -- all under the guise of 'helping them'.

No responsibility -- and if the results are bad, then it is the person's fault, not the pastor or counselor's doing.

How wonderful.

Who needs enemies when you have Christians destroying other Christians like this?
